Booking a Session...

Your portrait experience is very important to us. To ensure that we exceed expectations please follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Design Consultation

We will begin by discussing the design of your portrait, custom set, props, and attire. Design consultations are not required for head shots, executive or graduation sessions. By are able to do this in the studio or by phone.

Step 2: Your Portrait Session

Prior to your session we customize the sets, prepare special lighting and any other requirements necessary for the shoot, your portrait session will last approximately one hour. Children need to feel comfortable and may require extra time.

Step 3: Ordering Session

The ordering session will last approximately 60 minutes. This is where we display the images for you and discuss various sizes and options. Print orders range from $350 - $750. Please ensure all decision makers are present. We help you make appropriate selections for your home, office and for gifts.

Step 4: Your Portraits are Ready

We will contact you when your portraits are ready, this is approximately 4 weeks from your ordering session. At this point you may choose to select a frame from hundreds of frame samples that we have in-house. Studio clients receive a 25% discount in our frame shop.

Session fees are due the day of your appointment. Print orders payments are due the day of the order.
